Early Childhood Education Diploma Program Overview
In just 60 weeks, you’ll build the skills to support the growth and development of children from birth to age 12. Our program covers key topics like safety, health, nutrition, and activity planning, through which you will learn to develop and lead safe, fun and engaging activities that support each child’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Courses in Assessment and Observation Methods, Child Development and Positive Guidance. will help you understand how to guide, support and interact with children in a positive and respectful way. You’ll also learn how to work with children from different backgrounds, including Indigenous children and those with unique learning needs.

The program includes three practicum placements, totalling 525 hours, where you can apply your skills in real childcare settings. These experiences will help build your resume and give you the confidence to start your career.
